    Ingredients:    Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (A 100% natural fiber).

    Guar Gum is derived from the seed of the cluster bean.

    Directions for use:    Stir 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of Benefiber into at least 4 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Use 8 oz. if using 2 tbsp. Stir until dissolved. &
