Active Ingredients                                     Purpose:

(in each tablet):

Calcium carbonate 675 mg                          Antacid

Magnesium hydroxide
135 mg                                                       Antacid

Simethicone 60 mg                                      Antigas

Uses:    relieves: · heartburn · acid indigestion · pressure, bloating and discomfort commonly referred to as gas

Warnings:

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking a prescription drug. Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in a 24-hour period, or use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician.

Keep out of reach of children.

Directions:    chew 2 to 4 tablets, hourly if needed

• store at 59° to 77°F in a dry place
