    Uses:

    LiquiCaps® Liquid (Original and Cherry):

    Temporarily relieves these common cold/flu symptoms:

    • nasal congestion
    • cough due to minor throat & bronchial irritation
    • sore throat
    • headache
    • minor aches and pains
    • fever
    • runny nose and sneezing

    Warnings:

    Failure to follow these warnings could result in serious consequences.

    Alcohol warning If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

    Sore throat warning If sore throat is severe, persists more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.

    Do not use · with other medications containing acetaminophen · if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

    Ask a doctor before use if you have:

    • heart disease
    • a breathing problem or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema
    • thyroid disease
    • diabetes
    • glaucoma
    • high blood pressure
    • cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
    • chronic bronchitis

    Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.

    When using this product

    • do not use more than directed
    • excitability may occur, especially in children
    • marked drowsiness may occur
    • avoid alcoholic drinks
    • be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery
    • alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness

    Stop use and ask a doctor if:

    • symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by fever.
    • you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless
    • fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
    • new symptoms occur
    • swelling or redness is present.
    • cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.

    If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

    Keep out of reach of children.

    Overdose warning:    Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

    Directions:

    LiquiCaps®:

    • take only as recommended - see Overdose warning
    • children under 12 yrs.: ask a doctor.
    • do not exceed 4 doses per 24 hours
    • 12 yrs and older . . . . 2 softgels with water every 6 hours
    • If taking NyQuil and DayQuil®, limit total to 4 doses per 24 hours.

    Inactive Ingredients:

    LiquiCaps®: FD&C Blue no. 1, gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, povidone, propylene glycol, purified water, sorbitol special, D&C Yellow no. 10, tilanium dioxide.

    Liquid (Original): Alcohol, citric acid, flavor, FD&C Green no. 3, high fructose corn syrup, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate, yellow 6, D&C Yellow 10.

    Liquid (Cherry): Alcohol, FD&C Blue 1, citric acid, flavor, high fructose corn syrup, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, FD&C Red 40, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate.

    How Supplied:

    LiquiCaps®: Available in 2-count 12- 20-, 40-, 60-count and 36-count child-resistant blister packages and 20-count non-child resistant blister packages. Each softgel is imprinted: "NyQ".

    Liquid: Available in 1 FL OZ (30 ml) 6 and 10 FL OZ (177 ml and 295 ml, respectively) 16 FL OZ (473 ml) plastic bottles with child-resistant, tamper-evident cap and calibrated medicine cup.

    LiquiCaps®: 12- and 36-ct 20-, 40-, 60-count

    TAMPER EVIDENT: This package is safety sealed and child resistant. Use only if blisters are intact. If difficult to open, use scissors.

    Liquid (Original and cherry):

    TAMPER EVIDENT: Do not use if imprinted shrinkband is missing or broken.
